Portland cement Portland cement is by far the most common type of cement in general use. This cement is made by heating limestone (calcium carbonate) with other materials (such as clay) to 1450 °C in a kiln, in a process known as calcinations. The resulting hard substance, called 'clinker', is then ground with a small amount of gypsum into a powder to make Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC), the most commonly used type of cement. The low cost and widespread availability of the limestone, shales, and other naturally occurring materials used in Portland cement make it one of the lowest-cost materials widely used over the last century throughout the world. Product Description Urea, a highly concentrated, water-soluble nitrogenous fertilizer, is one of the most popular nitrogen fertilizer used worldwide. With about 46% nitrogen, Urea has the highest nutrient concentration among the commercially available solid nitrogen fertilizers. Urea is suitable for various soil and plants for foliar spray which instantly removes nitrogen deficiency. Urea is available in granular form and can be applied by broadcasting or injecting the urea into the soil.
Manufacturing Process Urea is produced when carbon dioxide is reacted with liquid anhydrous ammonia at high pressure and temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Urea is processed in granules or solid globules known as prills. Dry urea is very soluble and must be kept away from moisture until its use. |

| Penetration Grade Bitumen
Penetration Grade Bitumen is commonly used in road construction, surfacing and some industrial applications. Additional processing of this type of Bitumen yields various grades of Bitumen products. We offer the most common types of penetration grade bitumen as listed below:
Medium Curing Cutback Bitumen Cutback Grade Bitumen is normally used in spraying and in some mixing applications. Cutback bitumen is penetration grade bitumen blended with a solvent such as kerosene, white spirit, gasoline and naphtha controlling the curing time.
Oxidized Bitumen Oxidized (Blown) Grade Bitumen is produced either a staggered or a continuous blowing process. The heated Penetration Grade Bitumen under controlled environment is blown with air which controls the oil content in the Bitumen while it is oxidized. The different grades produced for suited applications are distinguished by two numbers to indicate the mid points of their softening point and penetration ranges. They are more ‘rubber like’ and less temperature susceptible than the paving grades. Fuel oil can be added to the process to increase the penetration if required for custom applications and requirements.
All Bitumen supplied is of the highest quality and fully compliant with ASTM and AASHTO standards and Test Methods. Quality Testing and Analysis certification of the Bitumen products inspected when requested, will be compliant with Product Specifications and International Standards. |
